This book is a continuation of the meditation on Amma's teachings and the timeless Upanishadic wisdom that began in the first volume. The primary topic here is on how to live free, being centered in our True nature. The greatest example of one who lives centered in Awareness (Sthitaprajna) is our Divine Mother Amma.
