After tragedy and illness, Phenomenal Stories, the magazine that pays tribute to The Pulps whiles still giving readers new speculative fiction content, is back. In this reboot issue, we say farewell to cover artist Carole A. Tomlinson and Robert M. Tomlinson, both of whom were vitally important to the genesis of this magazine and other projects. We will miss them both. In this issue, we wrap up loose ends from the sudden "death" the magazine experienced in 2019, and get set for the "second run" to begin soon.
