I wrote this book so that I could share lessons learned from over forty years of baseball. In my book Coaching Baseball you will enyoy reading about the importance of player accountability and performance in practice as well as games. I try to provide you with a better understanding of the amount of hours it takes for players to develope their baseball skills so they can compete and play at a highier level.
