The Nha Trang Letters 1969-1971

While "The Nha Trang Letters" is the story of a soldier who was stationed on an army airbase in the Central Highlands of South Vietnam, it is not that different in some experiences and quite the same in many others to those of the hundreds of thousands of young men who were drafted into a war not of their choosing and sent to fight half a world away. Through the actual letters of the time, numerous literary vignettes, and an abundance of photos, we are able to share a soldier's personal story and his life, and reflect upon that divisive era of our nation's history -- the war in Vietnam.
