The book details over 60 hikes, and includes scenic pictures, trail details and insider tips to maximize your time and enjoyment while outdoors.

Tolmie, a young bigfoot, has been enlisted as your guide. Tolmie has arrange for many of his bigfoot friends to hide within the scenic pictures, and draws readers young and old into the book as they search for Tolmie and his friends in the outdoor pictures.

In addition to trail information, the book also provides insights into the history of bigfoot, helpful information in identifying the various flowers and plants you will find on the trail, along with pictures that help you know which animals are frequenting the area by identifying their scat.

While the book extensively covers trails within Mount Rainier National Park, it also includes trails and related information for Crystal Mountain Ski Resort, Washington's largest ski area, along with hikes in the local wilderness and national forest areas that surround Mount Rainier.
