Selfless: Finally Understanding

Arlo discovers his grandson’s soulmate and her daughter, just before his own daughter passes away. Jamila Nassar is a BBC television journalist who, after a sterling career in London, visits her lost family in America and becomes assigned as the BBC’s foreign correspondent. Living with her beloved’s grandfather in America brings its own challenges. Raising a daughter, reporting the news around the country, and dealing with her own feelings of love lost, are only a few of the many crossroads she must traverse. But the biggest crossroad of all is in rectifying her own beliefs and finally understanding all that she was meant to be and why. Events from France, Iraq, Puerto Rico, and across America bring the intrepid reporter new understandings and cause her to deliberately search for the truths that have eluded her for so long.
