The Icing on the Cake

BETTE JOHNSON, who is eight months pregnant, decides to leave her philandering, self-centered husband, STEVE, without telling a soul. After withdrawing $350,000 from their joint bank account, she buys an SUV she sees in the classifieds from LOVEY, a woman of pure evil, and departs for the snowy mountains. She has a car accident and is knocked unconscious. BEN AVERY, a snowplow driver, rescues her and tends to her wounds. Later, Lovey finds a note from JOHN, whom she had assisted in a diamond heist then killed. The note states that he hid the stolen diamonds in the SUV she sold to Bette. To locate Bette and the diamonds, Lovey seduces and aligns herself with an unknowing Steve, who has now become suspect in his wife’s disappearance, killing anyone who gets in her way.
