Even the state and federal judges aided and abetted the Republican Party. Judge Lange violated our fundamental right to vote by denying our preliminary injunction on September 27, 2018. Lange said, "the burden on the state to reprint the Ballots is greater than the violation of our fundamental rights to vote and run for Governor in South Dakota.
