Yoyo Allergies

Izzie’s mother, Anna, feels sick and is lonely most of the time. Izzie dreams up a brillant idea to cheer her mom up. Anna needs a puppy to keep her company. A puppy will give her a reason to get out in the sunshine. Despite a few sneezes, Anna grows to love her puppy, Jazzy. The puppy is a picky eater but like strange human food like crackers and chips. It isn’t until changes occur in the house that everyone realizes just how much Jazzy cares for her family and her family cares for her. Based on a true story, Yo Yo Allergies, a picture book for children, shares a story about kindness and hope. It chronicles how the heart of an animal brings a family’s home a little extra comfort when times get tough.
