The Pain I Hide is about the different struggles and emotions I went through during my stage of depression. There were people all around me, some I could trust but others no so much. With that being said depression is a very serious and difficult thing to deal with so I felt as though there was nobody, I could talk to about what I was going through without being judged. Because my depression was a hard thing to talk about, I talked about it to myself but on paper. I've always loved poetry so I decided to put my pain and struggles into poems which lead me to writing a book.
