My father came to live with me in 2003, shortly after he was diagnosed with Alzheimer’s. Though eager to help him, I felt ill-equipped to know how to do that. I scoured book shelves for guidance on how to care for him, but there just wasn’t much practical information out there to help with the day to day realities or concerns the patient and caregiver faces. I needed answers, but ended up learning most of it on my own. I believe this is the book I was looking for…and hope it helps you.
