Pastor Willcox takes us on a whirlwind tour to do the right thing. First, we have to really wrestle with what a late first-century gospel writer is saying to a radically changing Christian Church. Then the tour starts with two twentieth-century theologians, and two Yale professors who dabble in administrative science, a predominately white church in a predominately black city, and two black theologians. It all winds down, believe it or not, to a modest neighborhood organization led by a bright and inspired woman in a small city on Michigan’s west coast.
