After arrival, I visited museums and monuments in Washington D.C. The author extended the same logic for achieving sustainable World Peace. Of 193 member-states of United Nation 170 meek nations demanding PN, eventually others finding it to their interest also, would guarantee their right for permanent neutrality by the Security Council of the United Nations.
