I was born in Johnstown, Pennsylvania and at the age of two came to Arizona. As a young self-taught artist I began competing in art competitions at the age of seven. My background was influenced by children’s science books and illustrations. An an artist I have won many awards and have a B.F.A in Drawing as well an Associates in Art and Animation/Graphic Design. I am also a member of the Guild of Scientific illustrators
