Descendants of Louis & Julie Giroir Thierry

Descendants of Louis and Julie Giroir Thierry (People of Color) of St Landry Parish, LA that began in 1770 to 2020. This book includes over 500 pages of names and also includes pictures of family members born before 1900, list of Civil War and World War I military veterans and list of last family members who voted before voting was restricted to People of Color. A family that endured hardships and overcame through their deep faith in God and one who celebrate their history each year. The family has expanded to 25 different states in the United States with the main concentration in Louisiana and Texas.
