Julia and Billy are still best friends especially since her parents made arrangements for Billy to become a part of their family forever. When Grandpa heard that Billy was living with Julia, he came up with a secret adventure for the three of them that became more than they bargained for! Grandpa Frank Smith has been an avid reader of children's books to his seven children, twenty-four grandchildren, forty seven great grandchildren and two great great grandchildren! He and his wife, Lurliene, live on a small farm in Ohio where they raised cattle and a whole lot of fun!
