This book, "My Dog Bubbles" is dedicated the millions of young people and perhaps people of all ages who experience various types of anxiety and depression. "My Dog Bubbles" helped make a little boy who felt all alone and having various bouts with both anxiety and depression have a more meaningful and enjoyable life. Having a companion such as "Bubbles" actually helped a little boy become more physically active. Physical activity as well as mental well-being are both contributors that cause an individual gauge through their fears, sadness and overcome loneliness, and have a more hopeful outcome in life. Ernest L. Brown currently serves as a deacon in his local church, and is the author of the book, "Words From the Heart." He is the husband of Apostle Joyce Myrick Brown, who authored "The Mantel of Ministry, Embracing the Call." The two share a deep concern about the welfare, emotions, mental health and holistic well-being of children and teens. Ernest is interested in helping people, from childhood through adulthood in not giving up, and throwing in the towel their potential success in life. He strongly urges everyone to give themselves a chance, overcome their obstacles in life, and to wake up each morning ready to face the experiences of a new day. Having a pet companion in his opinion, can be vital in moving forward to seeing and becoming your best you another day.
