"Kindness Reciprocated" introduces the readers to an opportunity to voluntarily meet the Best of the Best International Infantry Military while they are training at Fort Benning, Georgia with America's Best! We meet Military students and determine our similarities and differences while sharing personal experiences. As a Host Family Sponsor, you determine your own priorities. We attend various activities together such as: socials and graduations celebrating their achievements. Everyone learns to listen and communicate openly; often we are cooking and eating, shopping and touring favorite places. Together we build Bridges between Nations by sharing mutual Respect and Kindness through genuine Friendships. Kathryn Bundy was a very shy and sensitive country girl who grew up in South Georgia in a loving encouraging home of parents and siblings. After High School, she met and married a Vietnam veteran. They have two daughters and a dog while living as a military family for twenty years. Their life took them twice to Germany and back to Ft. Benning, Georgia. Kathryn's husband served 2 more years in Germany while on a special unaccompanied tour. Their lives as a military family was never easy but they found solutions whenever there were challenges. Kathryn would never consider herself to be an author but her journey encouraged her to step out of her comfort zone and share her most challenging and greatest achievements. Kathryn's travels have been her most rewarding experience. Once as a very shy girl, she became friend / family with many people from around the world who expanded her awareness of other nationalities and cultures. She learned we might be different, yet very similar!
