She is a loving mother to three adventurous boys. Colleen has had a long career in the retail world for many years and became a strong successful leader. She recently decided to let that go in order to follow her true passion for poetry. She has been writing poetry for years and finally wrote her first book. Colleen’s father was a minister for most of her life. Some of the poems in this book were inspired by the sermons her father gave during church services. Colleen’s life experiences have also been the inspiration to her writing. Through hard times she grew her faith and held on to the love of the Lord. Colleen hopes this book will fill the readers with love, happiness, and encouragement.
