a date with Rain is a collection of poetry and prose written to take you on a journey to witness the intrinsic and deeply profound relationship we have with nature. We are not alone and we often don’t remember this when we feel like our fear and individuality have completely taken over any form of love and unity. I wrote this book with the intention of encouraging us to reignite that connection we have, not only with nature but with all beings. We often become so inundated by our minds, egos, and shadows, that we forget about the organic bond we all have to one another; physically, mentally, emotionally, spiritually, even creatively.
