Perhaps you’ve heard an inspirational story of Jesus revealing himself to people in dreams, in far-away places where no word of Christ is allowed. In The Boy & The Bagel Necklace, four-year-old Andrew, a resident of a Romanian orphanage, tells us the story of when he was paid such a visit. Jesus tells Andrew not to worry, that everything is going to be all right. Soon after, the leadership in Romania changes and little Andrew is adopted and brought to America where he learns that Jesus Christ is more than just a nice man who visits desperate children who have lost all hope.
