They called themselves “Jesus People’ and were speaking of a personal relationship with the Lord. He hungered and searched for a deeper walk with Christ. His search eventually led him to a group of people in a nearby town. So enthralled with the apparent sincerity of these folks, he left the traditional church he had been raised in. Thinking that he’d finally found the answer to the disappointments of his life, he was drawn toward the lifestyle of these "Believers’.
