Pratiksha, who's one of a friend is working in an IT company is depressed by typical work culture, sexual harassment & shift timing. She was pregnant and there were the usual six months of maternity leave policy. In order to save the maximum paid leaves for post-birth requirements, she planned to work as long as she could.
