Yvonne Dent is a woman living with HIV. Shame is the reason she only discloses her status to best friend, Ming, who also contracted the virus, causing them to have a strong bond. While battling with love, trust, friendships, and acceptance, she copes with the virus by staying at home; leaving her social and career life limited. She’s been living with the virus since her early twenties and has been avoiding relationships. The virus is affecting Yvonne in ways that’s altering her life. Soon a man, Thomas, that Yvonne feels connected to, invites her for coffee. After receiving the invitation, she feels obligated to tell him about her positive status.
