In December 2019, the US House Intelligence Committee, chaired by Democrat Adam Schiff, issued The Trump-Ukraine Impeachment Inquiry Report, which was the beginning of the fourth impeachment procedure of a president in US history. This publication includes The Report of Evidence in the Democrats' Impeachment Inquiry in the House of Representatives, separately issued by the House Republicans as a minority report rebutting impeachment.
