PART IV
The role of nurse leadership in collaboration, leading change, and innovation is presented.
PART V
The last part envisions the future of nurse leadership, defining wisdom leaders to inform personal and professional leadership development.
With an emphasis on collaboration and partnerships, the textbook moves away from hierarchical forms of leadership to teach more engaged, open, equitable, inclusive, authentic and caring leadership styles.
