This book is a way for children of families moving across country to keep in touch. As a mom, it hurt most to see my child’s first friend move away. It hurt to see the look on my son’s face when he asked to go see his friend, and I told him we could not.
In here, the kids can journal back and forth about what is happening in each of their worlds. They can stay in touch and continue to learn about one another, not only about just each other but other parts of the world as well.
My hope is that kids can grow together and form lifelong bonds throughout their military moves and be the support system for each other as they grow.
