This book is an essential (and much needed) addition to the body of knowledge of governance practitioners, academics, students and other related professionals. This multidisciplinary book has taken an innovative approach as it is linking corporate governance with complexity theories as well as provides substantial new insights into why governance systems are failing and what may be done to improve this situation.
