She cannot see Derrick, for he is on the run from the law, and there is a warrant for his arrest regarding something he did not do. The need to contact each other is urgent. She returns to the convent, but she doesn’t know where he is, and he can’t contact her without her strict Mother Superior finding out. Contact eventually comes, but it’s at a funeral for Garret, Derrick’s identical brother. Because of some mishaps, everyone presumes that it is Derrick’s funeral. A lot must be unscrambled.
