The Fellowship of the Sword

The Fellowship of the Sword, although fundamentally fantasy, engages many different issues that we face right here in the real world. From high spirituality to the lowest sexuality and incredibly vulgar violence, there is a present intent to exploit divested experiences under a new and deeper perspective. Book I - The Father Sword narrates the tale of how the Fellowship of the Sword was formed. It describes the adventures and misfortunes lived by some of the protagonists while they explore the magic world of Fabula. It also portrays the effects of such magical world on the characters themselves from a realist and objective point of view. As a whole, the series is a look inside the true nature of our projections, the motivations behind our fantasies, and an invitation to reflect on the dangerous consequences of our illusions. It is adventurous but pragmatic, fun but skeptical, deep but casual, and, most importantly, it is about good and evil.
