Meri Kavitayen - Meri Kahaniyan

Meri Kavitayen, Meri Kahaniyan is a collection of a few poems & some stories written by the author over a period of time, starting from his childhood up to the present. They show his deep insight and a keen observation of his surroundings and events which took place at that point in time.

He drew and continues to draw inspiration from whatever he sees around him. The poems as well as the stories bring out his heartfelt feelings & thoughtful reflections. They are based on myriads of topics - some of them are about the people he lived with, some on the people & events which shaped history and a number of them on his personal life.

The first poem was written by the author when he was a teenager . Despite his busy schedule as a medical student and later as a surgeon, he wrote poems & stories whenever something or someone inspired him.

Some of the poems are humorous, some are romantic, while some are extremely touching & heart rending. This book includes poems and written stories without any set pattern and as such their fascination is stronger .

There is pure pleasure in his rhyming couplets.

The book promises to be pleasurable reading for aficionados’ of Hindi Literature.
