A roller-coaster ride! That is what I call my life. Every family has stories to tell. Our family has lived through many different experiences that, when the story was related, people have said, Bea, you really need to write a book. All different kinds of stories and funny accidents waiting to happen, especially to my husband, Rod. He has the ability to laugh at it afterward. We then turn it into an unbelievable story and can laugh along with him. My three sons (Jerome Jr., Samuel, and Benjamin) have many experiences and antics that have made many a person laugh until the teary eyed. I laugh as I relate stories because of the look on people’s faces as I tell it. It is not unusual for them that ask, Bea, did that really happen? Are you for real?
