Sessions with Exodus: Questions God’s Children Ask

William D Shiell

Sessions with Exodus is a thirteen-session study unit designed to explore the second book of the Bible and the beginnings of the story of Moses and the people of Israel.

William Shiell invites believers on a journey with the Israelites from bondage into the wilderness to worship with God’s presence. This study uses the questions that God’s children ask throughout Exodus to spark discussion with households and study groups about the life of faith in the wilderness. As churches and faithful followers of God engage a changing world, Sessions with Exodus provides timely application to reimagine ministry as God’s pilgrim community.

Each session is followed by a thought-provoking page of questions that allow for a deeper experience of the scriptural passages. These resource pages can be used by seminar leaders during preparation and group discussion, as well as in individual Bible study.
