A Lawyer’s Guide to Elder Law with Forms

This book provides an easily accessible introduction to the basics of elder law. It includes a number of useful sample legal documents–including wills, various trusts, powers of attorney, and advance directives–of the types commonly used when drafting for elder clients. In addition to the forms, a number of checklists are provided that summarize the laws and issues being discussed. Each chapter begins with an overview that gives a quick reference to the particular sections of the chapter for which the lawyer will have the most use.
