In a contemporary odyssey spanning twenty years, Honor Careson,

proud NFL quarterback, home-crowned Lion King, and exiled
preacher’s son running from God, commitment, and home, trades
family and faith in Heaventon Hope–The Pride Land of East Texas–
for glory and gain, freedom and fame in Florida. As Honor
launches on a quest for a Super Bowl win and championship ring
before he’s forty, he gets blindsided by fatherhood, then blitzed by
the adversities of life only to get setup for his greatest rival and
would-be princess bride, Grace Matthews, an aspiring ER pediatric
physician, who dreams of love and romance–a wedding ring, family,

home, and security–all before she turns forty.

Day–Grace and Honor share their first kiss, which propels them
on a winding road of romance, playing out a love story tinged with
