Parcels of land were being purchased for the sole purpose of growing marijuana. And, with legalization, retail stores emerged. Marijuana dispensaries with a multitude of strains in every form from whole bud to energy bar became commonplace. What was once an illegal under-the-radar cottage industry had evolved into corporate hoop-house villages producing tons of CBD gummies to eliminate grandma’s arthritis pain.
