The Littlest Christmas Tree is the story of a very small evergreen tree that is passed over by numerous Christmas tree shoppers. She, of course, is very disappointed but then discovers her true purpose. There is a Christian message in the story and also the idea that one’s true purpose may not be obvious at the beginning, that we need to be patient, kind, and compassionate and that being small doesn’t mean you can’t do big things.
