Russian-born Anatoly rozenblat has worked as a seaman, an operational ship's mechanic, a scientist and marine engineer. He received a fundamental technical and arts education in Marine and Manufacturing Engineering. As the Independent Scientist and Inventor he participated in the US SBA Program [NASA, Energy, etc.]. Many of his new innovations were described by NCIO in USA. He was also invited on 26th, 27th, 28th Israel Conferences on Mechanical engineering in 1996, 1998, 2000 years.
