It is my wish that this manuscript will illustrate what helped to channel my drive, ignite my passion, and shape my life in a way to where it also serves others. For many years, I replayed learned subconscious programming of rules, regulations, and religion (The three R’s), denying my true, authentic diamond and genuine self. This also led to anxiety, depression, repression, conformity, as well as a genuine dislike and distrust of myself internally, externally, and intentionally. I was NEVER enough (or so I thought).
