The main characters of the story Visu and Jivon are orphaned and are into an unjust world. Their treatment at the hands of their caretakers and elders burns them with indignation. And so, they have come far away from their dwellings, and have started earning and living their life with their own set rules. They have little hope that someday things will change and are eagerly waiting for help. These two friends with a similar background who became friends by chance, but their friendships have grown stronger day by day, by their choice. They started playing, eating, sleeping, crying, and earning together until opportunity knocked their door with only and only one's assured advancement. The story flows and conveys the luck, struggle, and strategies of two orphans for their survival; where one is betrayed by the other. It shares the experience of total abandonment that leaves individuals feeling alone in their time of the greatest need, and the story also stocks the outcome of such feeling. One of these two friends is smarter than the other, and the second is better opportunistic than the first. Someday the second realizes his mistakes and is ready to sacrifice anything, anything, even his own life to win back his friend. Only orphan friends like Visu and Jivon can lay claim to that degree of autonomy to sacrifice anything to win back the friendship. But who is going to win the race of sacrifice? Visu or Jevon, or someone else, will get to know.
