The Justice League’s Fractured 5th Grade Fairy Tales

Once upon a time, (in a land not so very far away), served a very innovative and determined 5th Grade Teacher. Her goal was to help inspire her students to embark on the understanding and use of creative writing, author’s perspective, and the correct use of text conventions. In doing so, students would be able to express themselves in written form, while obtaining mastery of literary writing concepts. Over the course of a month and a half, the students and their teacher began their adventure of composing some of the most whimsical and imaginative pieces of literary work that their thoughts and pens could muster. The stories remain intact as the students collaborated, edited, and scripted their own writings to share with family members, friends, and future students. The 5th Grade Justice League of Wood Elementary School (Fort Leonard Wood, Missouri) presents a compilation of various fractured fairy tales that have been inspired from the world’s timeless story time classics.
