For a young child, a coloring book is like a school text book. A parent or a grown up, can make a lesson out of the pictures that the child is coloring. If the lesson is done correctly, it should teach the child about how to care for the animal as if the child was going to maybe one day own the animal either in their childhood or maybe as an adult.
