This is a story about an Artist and the world, created by him on paper. All creatures that he painted and even letters placed by the Artist on paper were alive. The Artist’s enemy wanted to spoil his beautiful world; he deceived the Princess who lived there, she disobeyed the Artist and fell asleep. She was then taken to a dark cave, and the whole world was saddened. Only the Artist’s son had the power to destroy the work of the enemy and save the Princess. But in order to do that, he had to fulfil the work given to him by his father. Love and sacrifice, death and salvation - the book, being a teaching manual in the English phonics, is indeed more than that: it teaches about eternal values.
