Cindy lives in North Florida with her three teenage daughters. She is learning how to live again after loosing her husband of 16 years and finally enjoying the journey. This year she will complete her Bachelors degree in communication and she excitedly waits to see what is next on her life’s journey. This book is meant as a memorial to the deep love and passion she shared with her husband. Cindy and Gary didn’t have a perfect life together but they shared a deep and passionate love for each other. With Gary’s last bit of strength he encouraged Cindy to step out and write this book and tell her story and that is what she is doing. People see someone loose a spouse in a movie and they see this nice neat and chronological progression of grief and Cindy hopes to encourage others that grief is messy and does not happen in 12 easy steps but with God by their side they can learn to live again.
