No Backup - 2nd Book in the Brogan series Calm has returned to Sandpiper. It's been almost a year since terror rained down on this beachfront community. Innocent people died and a killer was run to ground in a confrontation with Detective Brogan. He doesn't talk about it, but everybody else does.
