Eve Banda a writer, entrepreneur and life coach is an HR expert with International experience in 5 markets - Zambia, Malawi, South Africa, Nigeria and the Middle East. Having grown up in the corporate world she is both business and street smart. Culturally diverse, having leadership roles since the age of 25, Eve has been blessed with excellent analytical, coaching and project management skills. She has the distinction of managing complex projects across territories. Her wealth of experience across the telecoms sector, she transformed her self from an HR guru to an Organizational Transformation expert. She has grown into a change agent and dynamic visionary with proven success in transitioning strategy into tactical action plans and guiding / nurturing teams towards peak performance. Eve is a passionate entrepreneur who has gotten her hands dirty with starting and closing down businesses. Her success was proven when she poured her heart into two companies in Zambia. - LiF Media is a publishing company that produces LiF Magazine - LuVe Farms Zambia Limited- pork, egg and chicken farm. LuVe has transformed into a great business that she says is the best thing business she ever ventured into. When she is not pursuing her career and running businesses, Eve enjoys watching TV, listening to music and spending quality time at home with her family. She is a mother and mentor to her daughter Natola. They have homes in Lusaka and Chingola.
