ARE YOU FEELING AT PEACE? The more sad feelings you let build up inside yourself, the more you will become depressed. Why not just speak those feelings out loud to God and that way feel relieved. From that time forward, may others like me help encourage, motivate and uplift you to remain in a more peaceful frame of mind. Just like David, in Psalm 40:1-3 and 17, it is okay for you to cry your heart away and wait patiently to find that God had heard your prayer. God answers every prayer in whatever way He knows best will suit your needs. Don’t look for an answer in a quick hurry. Accept God’s answer in His timing. I had found out, it is true, His timing works out to our best in matching our needs. I don’t want you to stay in the bondage of depression, but instead have peace and hope through the Lord’s help. The whole purpose of this book is for you to overcome any and all of the burdens that are in your life just as I did. May His peace stay with you from now and into the future.
