Word Problems Quick Starts Workbook

The Word Problems Quick Starts workbook progresses from basic to challenging and requires students to use a variety of problem-solving strategies and mathematical reasoning, such as working backwards, guess and check, drawing a diagram, and more. Topics covered include whole numbers, decimals, fractions, percents, money, measurement, geometry, and more. Each page features two to four quick starts that can be cut apart and used separately. The entire page may also be used as a whole-class or individual assignment. The Quick Starts Series provides students in grades 4 through 8+ with quick review activities in science, math, language arts, and social studies.
