It’s All in the Cards: EJ’s Fool

Elizabeth Jean EJ Johnson, a beautiful business woman in her mid-30’s, has hit a major stumbling block in her life, the passing of her father, her guiding light in navigation of her life. To fill this void she decides to explore the predictions of Tarot Cards, in replacement to her father’s loving counsel, but first she must learn to read the cards accurately without skewing their message to only fulfill her heart’s desires.

Janet Davis is EJ’s best friend and confidant who fears her dear friend’s use of the cards is going to cause her to burn in hell. As EJ employs the Black Arts she reminds her that common sense would surely serve her better. Janet is also there to defend EJ from her Texas socialite mother, Linda Johnson, whose attempts to ensure EJ and her former fiance, John Markham, remain estranged are uncovered.

The Tarot cards take EJ on a roller coaster ride of sex, lies and betrayal as she struggles with her love for John and her desire for her boss, Bob Thompson.
