Socko’s Girl

Socko’s Girl is the story of the life and family of Norma Wilson. Norma has lived her life in Nebraska and in this book she shares the memories of her experiences with her children, relatives and friends. Her story begins with her grandparents’ immigration from Russia and continues into to the present day. It has been organized in a generally chronological manner and reflects the changes in life style experienced by rural Americans over her lifetime. It is an interesting record of events that molded Norma’s character and shaped her values that sustain her today.
